Nice to see sunset
Decent building. Very poor management caused by the appointment of incompetent Owners Corporation Management by an even more incompetent Owners Committee which is so heavily proxied that decisions and engagement of contractors are not well questioned. Do not buy into this building. I know a few owners who left due to poor building management and according to them, outright dishonesty. It was previously well managed. The last few years has been beyond disappointing.
