While Dr. Harper provides excellent care, my experience with the receptionist was disappointing. When I had to cancel an appointment due to my elderly father's illness, her attitude was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. The way she spoke to us made my father quite upset. We have never missed or rescheduled an appointment the 5 years we have been attending this clinic. I hope the clinic management can address this issue to ensure a more respectful and compassionate experience for all patients in the future.
