Alessandra who did the pre-consultant tests/discussion was truly wonderful but I have never been so gaslighted and invalidated by a medical professional in my life as I was by Prof. Mark Daniels who refused to acknowledge the symptoms I shared of chronic unmanageable eye discomfort/pain because I "looked fine" at the consult, and even though I was telling him I was not fine, he was firm that I was "not eligible for treatment" beyond over-the-counter eye drops I already take that barely help. My wife and I have been patients at this consultancy for many years with the Opthamologist Dr Justin O'Day and his support receptionist Amanda. Justin has retired from this practice now but Amanda is still there and still the ultimate efficient and friendly person who makes coming there a treat to which both my wife and I look forward to.
