I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care I have received from Dr.Almonte. He took the time to truly listen and understand my pain, and approached my treatment with empathy and expertise. I have an acute neck injury with nerve impingement , and I was desperate for a swift treatment to relieve the severe nerve pain enough to be able to tolerate decompression therapy. I'll give a one star cause for the person that to verify insurance does not do her job !! I even told her i need an authorization and they keep telling no.you don't. I verified with my insurance and needed a authorization. So if you verify people insurance you should quit your job and do something else. You cost your cost the company you work to lose money cause you don't want to do your job...
Only wants $$ from the spinal epidural shots. Not one F given otherwise.
