Worst experience have been waiting 6 1/2 months for my diabetic shoes get a run around every time you talk with them one excuse after another. Do not use this company. .

This place is HORRIBLE!! I will be ecstatic when they shut down. Nobody I know that works in the medical field likes this "business" and I use that term VERY loosely. My patient has been waiting for her leg brace since Oct 2016!! We were told it would come in (2 days) after Insurance approved. I cannot even count the number of times I've called, only to hear "Ok I'll have my manager call you back" . Several nurses and therapists have called and even gone by and have gotten no where with these "people". They really should be ... read more

This place is horrible. 4 months have passed since our appointment with these people and today we are having to go and get my wife's old brace because they are apparently not going to do anything. The desk clerk Christina seems to run the show so if she chooses then nothing gets done. My wife has Medicare that would pay for most of it but no paperwork has been sent to the appropriate places by them and so nothing is happening. I have asked to have the owner call me and nothing.
