Bedside manner was horrible my mother deserved a more compassionate dr. That's for sure
Dr. Jones and her staff are very caring, capable and efficient. I know that every time I see her, she will listen and give me the time I need to resolve the problem.
Very kind takes time to listen. Gets u in as soon as possible. Best Dr. in town. Wish he would except Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois. Our grandson lives with us we are his guardian until 18. I’d like him to be his Dr. my husband and I go there. ????
Dr. Jones always listens to me. Anything I need help with or her opinion. She listens and helps me makes a plan of attack.
Dr. Douglas Toussaint delivered my second baby. Although my body did not want to cooperate with a smooth pregnancy and delivery, Dr. Toussaint was wonderful. He is a warm, caring individual who really takes time to listen to his patients' questions and concerns. He handled all of my issues with great knowledge and expertise, reassuring me the entire way. My only regret was that I did not have the opportunity to have Dr. Toussaint deliver all of my babies.
Dr Ochoa is a great Dr. I needed a procedure done recently and I was so scared. She answered all of my questions (multiple times) and made me feel so much better by the time the procedure appointment came. She called me herself with my results and even assisted with my follow up appointment. She cares, shes thorough, and I'm so grateful that she is my physician. Highly Recommend??
