If I could give zero stars I would!! I walked into the salon just wanting a pedicure. There were only 4 customers and they were all being served. I asked if they take walk ins one lady said yes. Then another lady said no. No one asked what I wanted or offered a business card or ask for me to book an appointment. It was 3pm and they close around 6 pm or 7pm. All the customers that were being attend to were white women. I will never step one foot in there.

They just lost a customer. I come here because I like how they do my eyebrows but today they just tell me “not today” with no explanation. It was not busy in there and they had staff. Unprofessional.

Nails are to thick & bulky.. coating on nails ( which was gel clear polish) peeled off the same day I got them done this is the first nail salon that didn’t soak off my dip-powder nails .(weird ) I would have preferred her to take off all nails if I was having the same thing done ( dip nails ) .I was missing a few nails and now it doesn’t blend in with my old nails because of the style or make of the nail is very different because it’s from 2 different shops I don’t know if she was being lazy and wanted to finish fast or wha... read more
