The staff is friendly but the older woman that did my nails was slow. Took two hours to do gel acrylic refill. It never takes that long. I repeatedly had to tell her that she needs to put the acrylic closer to my cuticles because it was going to look like I would need my nails done again in less than a week. My thumb is also peeling on the side because she missed the whole corner of my nails. I wouldn’t say it was the worst experience but it was really agitating. If I go there again I would make sure not to go to her.

If I could give zero stars I would!! I walked into the salon just wanting a pedicure. There were only 4 customers and they were all being served. I asked if they take walk ins one lady said yes. Then another lady said no. No one asked what I wanted or offered a business card or ask for me to book an appointment. It was 3pm and they close around 6 pm or 7pm. All the customers that were being attend to were white women. I will never step one foot in there.
