Beware Shady Practices! They force you to tip (which is illegal!) This was NOT a pre-expressed service charge, I was forced by the manager to select an optional tipping option in order to move forward with payment. I received the worst service from the nail techs and massage experts and frankly don't believe they deserve a tip for the horrible service and disrespectful attitudes.
