I recently visited Victoria Nails and I’m honestly very happy with my experience. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They really take their time to make sure everything is done right and that you feel comfortable. The salon itself is clean, bright, and relaxing, which made the whole experience even better. And I absolutely love how my nails turned out! I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and beautiful nails!
If I could give this place no stars, I would. The customer service was absolutely terrible. They misunderstood what was asked for, and instead of fixing it professionally, the nail tech doing my daughter’s nails became rough with her hands and nails because he had to restart the design she originally requested. The lady doing my nails constantly made excuses about why my nails “had” to be reshaped. They didn’t even remove the old tips — they just filled over them and still charged for a completely new set.
