These people overcharged and took advantage of an autistic teenage girl. As her parent, I told the tech EXACTLY what she needed. Not only were we over charged but the colors were not right. I called and explained the situation. They were horrible to me. Treated me like I was stupid and blamed my teen over and over again. The first thing they offered was for me to bring her back and they would take the nails off. Finally after being talked to terribly they finally refunded me a whopping $21 dollars. Cynthia is AMAZING! Her attention to detail, creativity, and professionalism are unmatched. This time, she completely crushed my Christmas nails! They are better than I envisioned. Highly recommend her!
Pedicure was lovely. Fill in was just so so . Tortoise Design was rushed and not executed well. Probably wouldn’t return for a fill in but my pedicure was very nice.
