If you are even remotely concerned about your health or covid..DO NOT GO HERE. Sweet lady, but sadly she falls short on creating a clean and professional environment. I had to tell her to put on a mask multiple times and even when she did she started eating food while she was doing accupuncture on me and not wearing her mask properly. The room was beyond messy and unsanitary. I'm not even sure the needles she used on me were sanitary. The experience was short and not really effective. I’d relish the opportunity to give a negative star review. Victoria is not only rude, but EXTREMELY unprofessional. She is curt, short, and overall nasty on the phone; furthermore, she doesn’t seem to care. She takes calls during appointments and doesn’t mask her rudeness. If you do get an appointment, good luck getting what you scheduled. Her lack of concern for customer service is only out weighed by her lack of professionalism. Victoria is one of the most positive souls I've ever met! I bought a groupon for acupuncture because I've always wanted to try it and have head tension, and I loved it! Victoria ended up doing acupuncture and reiki for our first session and I started seeing her weekly for both.
