Was called multiple times back to back in regards to paperwork incorrectly sent to them. Called back not even 20 minutes later after stepping outside at work and was immediately dismissed by the woman on the phone, as she had no interest in finding out who had called me or looking into the matter. Terrible customer service. Very grateful this is not a Hospital I attend.
Quality service with sound staff attending
Big fat no from me. I had a very uncomfortable experience with a Dr. Pedlo. He needed to check my heat beat but he MADE ME stand infront of an open windows facing into the car park with my t-shirt pulled right up to my chin after me telling him "NO" 4 times. I will NOT paying the $100 bill.
