I have been in all of the hospitals in the Tri-City Richmond area over the years. Ron Secours has the most dedicated and caring staff. The staff has always strived to make my experience stress-free. ><>
She was very helpful and answered all my questions.
Dr Matt gave me about 5 minutes every visit to point at my xray and tell me "looks the same, come back in 4 weeks". Gave me no information or suggestions, no time to ask questions, I didn't need surgery so I wasn't important to her it seems. I went to OrthoVirginia instead and immediately got a lot more info, time with the doctor, etc. Idk how they can justify making injured patients come in for such terrible care
