Ilana is a very effective and friendly acupuncturist. After a very poor experience with another acupuncturist in town, I was apprehensive about continuing with someone else. After two visits with her, that apprehension is gone. Her technique is very intense, but very helpful. Highly recommended.

Ilana is a very professional masseus that uses both her hands and acupuncture in her practice. Being a professional mountain bike racer I am pretty tough on my body but since finding Ilana the body has never been in better condition. She is great at finding problems in the body and then she has all the skills necessary to fix them. When I first went to see Ilana I was nervous as I had never had acupuncture before and didn't know what to expect. She was very confident and it was obvious that she had a deep knowledge of her art. I was amazed how quickly I began to feel better. Issues that I felt were becoming chronic began to ease and I had tried numerous other therapies. Even though I feel much better now I continue to see Ilana regularly as I now enjoy the experience and love how I feel!
