I had a minor problem changing from an aluminum prop to a Stainless prop on my Mercury 75 four stroke and Bob was very gracious with his time to enlighten me how to fix my problem as well as selling me a part I needed. Best customer service I have seen in a while.
Had a steering cable problem and they fixed it for me over the weekend so I could continue my vacation. They did a great job.
We have been using Victoria Marine for several years now. The service is great Bob and Angie are the best. We've never had any problems the cost was always called into us to make us we wanted to go ahead with the work. They have even helped us sell our last boat.
