Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health. Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!
Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. The nurses are wonderful! My son has down syndrome and for the most part, Dr Grubb has been very knowledgable. They all show a very genuine concern for his well-being.

I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were about immunizations. They answered every question I had. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times.
