Don't stay here. We booked this hotel thinking it would be great, with a waterside and nice rooms. Instead, we got a room with a broken AC , disgusting floors and poor service. We found out that each floor shares a cooling unit which just means that the mass of the hotel doesn't have working AC. It took almost 2 hours to get a new room with AC, and even so, it was still gross. If we walked across the floor with bare feet (in the room) our feet would turn black. Horrible stay, came to stay with my kids because of water slide , was not even told it was not open even during check in , kids were very very disappointed!!! We also did not get a suite like I booked and still paid the same price , they gave us one bed for 3 of us! Air conditioning did not work! Room and hallways stunk soooo bad like weed and stinky sweaty like someone lived in room for weeks!!! And offered us free breakfast , even though breakfast said as I booked was free anyways!!! Avoid at all costs. The air conditioning does not work, and the staff will move you from room to room before finally admitting that the system is old and no longer works properly. There are non-customers hanging around the entrance of the building and one or two security staff in the hallways. I wasn't confident my car would be there in the morning. To top it off, there was a dog barking incessantly in the hallway.
