An absolute gem of a hotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently stayed at the Victoria Hotel Dimboola for a few days and had an absolutely amazing experience. The Victorian-style decor and quirky, historic aesthetic made the place so interesting to explore—it has so much character! The same to say about the town. What a gem! Couldn't believe our eyes when we entered. 'Stoph and Meran have done a marvellous job decorating the interior. Had a long chat with them. Great hosts. Didn't stay as accommodation fully booked. Ate both lunch and dinner there; the food is sensational. Following morning we were able to have a look at their soon to opened brewery/bar. Again, courtesy of Meran's wonderful taste, the decor is beautiful. We're hoping to come back from Melbourne for the opening. A great midway stopover to Adelaide.

Absolutely delightful. Rooms to dine with atmosphere, jazz playing and lovely prints of well known Aussie painters to enjoy. They even have a copy of Chloe! The food is wonderful, and I enjoyed one of the best parmas I've ever had. My wife loved the Merlot from the bar and I noticed there was a setup for a live performer in the bar, even on Sunday night! The staff were marvelous and totally fair dinkum. Make the trip to Dimboola and find a gem!

We had a delicious meal at the Victoria when we visited Dimboola. VERY happy with the large selection of gluten free items on the menu. The ‘Elbow room’ was fascinating with all the objects to look at whilst we ate. Highly recommend.

Thought we'd stop and have a few drinks and a quick dinner while staying in town. Mind blown. This gorgeous, eclectic and quirky pub is outstanding. Never before have I wanted to wander through each and every space and take it all in. Then to dinner. Best "pub" meal I've had in a very, very long time. To the point if I were in a top Melbourne restaurant I would have been extremely happy. An amazing night was had. We will definitely be back. Well done to all the staff and owners.
