I recently waited 8 hours to see any help which is long but I understand. The triage nurse made a round of checks on the people that had been waiting a long time. The doctor was amazing explaining everything to me, did simple labs to put my mind at ease.
Wait time sucks. Front staff, poor communication.No one give you the estimate of wait time
Horrible, especially the womens centre...for whom they allow disrespectful entitled patients to freak out and be rude then take them in to see the doctor ahead of others who checked in before without any consequence. Poor doctor, she was triple booked or more... poor patients, waiting 3 plus hours in our case. The nurse calling patients was extremely rude and started to speak while closing the door that she didn't have time to argue about who she is allowing in... I would strongly consider other hospitals. Horrible place to give birth! Staff is very grumpy and overworked! Not even enough labor rooms as I had to labour in a waiting room for 10 hours! Don’t even worry about filling out the pre-birth forms they don’t listen to any of your wishes!!! Very clear that you’re just a number to them they want you in and out as fast as possible. Not to mention how disgusting the rooms are that they make you stay in overnight! Absolutely awful and 0 support!!!!!!
FYI all of the patients are receiving second hand smoke because no one is enforcing the no smoking signs outside of B entrance. Work on this.
