I have lived in both the Locust Lofts and Victoria Heights apartments. My problem with Jack Bell Properties is this: They know they have a prime location, and they're going to charge you for it. They are obviously making a TON of money because they have built (more expensive) new apartments in the same general location every 2 years. They don't hesitate to charge you fees for every little thing. I'm saying this as a tenant who has always paid rent on time/ keeps my apartment and outside of my apt clean.
