It was a long wait but everybody was re-assessed periodically so nobody left unattended. When I saw the doctor, he gave me information I didn’t know that would affect my life going forward so while my original concern was okay, the visit was very beneficial. 13 hours I don’t regret.
I waited around 11 hours overnight to see someone which was not fun, of course, but expected. The staff made it as good of an experience as possible and I could not speak more highly of them. The triage nurses were very helpful and friendly as was the registration clerk. The doctor and other nurses I interacted with were all compassionate as I struggled to communicate after getting no sleep and being in pain.
