Mrs. Martinez worked past Closing to ensure I had my prep for the next day surgery. Also made sure I understand all the details before getting off the phone. For her not to know me and still treat me like a family member, says a lot about her and the company she works for to ensure their patience are top priority.

I have been going in circles with the billing department to get my billing properly resubmitted to the insurance company, and it’s completely unacceptable. Crystal, the billing manager, straightforwardly refuses to resubmit the claim simply because the insurance already paid the original, incorrectly coded claim. Even after the insurance company contacted her directly to correct the coding, she still refuses to do what’s right. If this is the kind of nonsense I have to deal with now, I want no part of their services anymore.
