Been living here about 2 weeks now I very much enjoy it. The internet is the most annoying thing so far but that's not on the property that's on spectrum. Took 5 hours to make and account and pick up system then the wifi is impossible to set up....

I’ve lived here with my fiancée since April 10th and couldn’t be happier! The only downfall which really isn’t too terrible anyways is on Friday mornings they seem to be the loudest between 7am and 9am for Trash being picked up by the garbage men and the lawns being mowed! However, it’s very reliable for those who drive and don’t drive for that matter, by restaurants, by a Walmart, walkable to bus stops, etc! I would recommend newcomers giving it a shot.

If you have allergies RUN! If you need your security deposit back RUN! If you expect the air conditioning to keep up in the summer RUN! Would give 0 if I could. In all fairness though the lady running the show is VERY kind and understanding. We broke out lease by purchasing a dog; she could have really stuck it to us. But the property was still VERY VERY dated.

I absolutely love Victoria Gardens! My place is quaint and well maintained. I have my own washer/dryer and a little private fenced back yard. I have lived in the complex for over one year and haven't had any issues with neighbors, I feel very safe here. It is quiet and clean. The gym and pool are nice. Ann and Darlene go out of their way to help you with any issues that may arise and are great communicators.
