I first met Victoria at one of her open houses, and I was immediately impressed by how friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable she was. Her professionalism and competence made a great impression on me, and I knew pretty quickly that she was someone I wanted to work with. As a first-time homebuyer, I really appreciated having someone who could guide me through the process and answer my questions along the way. Victoria’s work ethic and knowledge of Guelph and the surrounding areas were evident throughout the entire experien... read more
I am very grateful that I had Victoria working with me on the sale of my condominium. With the market fluctuating the way it did (and possibly still is), I felt very reassured by her business approach and her common sense during the listing/selling process, but also in her recommendations on getting the property ready for sale. Her many years in the real estate business really shows in her professionalism and the pride she takes pride in her work. She is incredibly trustworthy, and I highly recommend her.
Victoria sold our condo for us. She did an excellent job. She was efficient, careful of details, she gave us good advice at every step. The condo sold quickly at a good price and she made the process quite painless. We recommend her highly.
Our agent Victoria was very helpful in finding a tenant for our basement rental. She was professional, responsive, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Communication was clear throughout, and she handled everything efficiently. We truly appreciate her support and would happily recommend her services to others.
We had an exceptional experience working with Victoria during a difficult time for our family. Throughout the process, while my father was in and out of the hospital and ultimately passed before the sale closed, she was incredibly compassionate, patient and professional. Victoria handled every detail with care, kept us well informed, and made a challenging situation much easier to navigate. We’re truly grateful for her support and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for not just a great agent, but a genuinely caring... read more
