The interaction with the security guard today at 4:27 was truly unpleasant. That woman insulted me and threatened to call the police simply because I wanted to deliver a meal to a customer who was waiting right outside the guardhouse. She told me I couldn't park there—not even to drop off the food—and insisted I had to go to the other side instead. Que desagradable el trato con la guardia de seguridad hoy a las 4:27 esa señora me insultó y me amenazó que llamaría a la policía solo por querer entregar una comida al cliente que estaba allí esperando afuera de la caseta me dijo que no podía estacionar allí ni para entregar la comida que era en el otro lado tengo un video porque la grave y pruebas para que sepan que no miento el cliente fue de la casa 3410 lo hizo esperar mucho tiempo allí afuera , aquí le dejo la foto realmente fue muy grosera y me pidió las cosas de la p... read more

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Victoria Estates Master Association! I am beyond frustrated with how I was treated here. Around 9:30 AM, on 10/25/2025 as I was entering the gate, the young kid working there let the gate bar slam down onto my vehicle, causing damage. Instead of apologizing or showing any concern, he actually laughed about it like it was a joke! When I asked for his name or any way to report the incident, he refused to give me any information.
