Had a wonderful experience here buying my first electric bike. Having done some research online, I had thought I knew which one I liked, but it became obvious though trying them out that I actually needed something different, and the bonus was it was cheaper! No pressure to buy the highest end product...... it was just all about what would work best for me. I can't thank them all enough, but a special thanks to Toni, who guided me along the way!
High quality ebikes, terrific customer service and repairs. Plus very kind staff (important!) who go the extra kilometre (in their shop!). I'm so grateful they were able to fix my screeching disc brakes (bits of debris got inside somehow) right away. And my broken stem last week. All good now for lots more happy riding on the ebike I bought from them. Highly recommended.
These guys ares great. They know their stuff and direct you with patience grace and style. Not pushy just knowledgeable. Our bikes are perfect and a ton of fun. Thank you

The team at Victoria Electric Bikes is exceptional.The found a perfect fit for a pedal assist (battery) bike for my wife’s small frame (4’11”) - no other business was able to achieve this. Then they helped me switch to the e-bike category. The follow-up for both of us was exceptional too.
