Friendly, helpful and nice selection of high quality e bikes.
I made an appointment to get a yearly tuneup for my first generation Aventon Sinch. I did not buy my bike from these folks but they carry the Aventon brand. After five years I finally needed to replace the chain and freewheel but everything else holding up nicely with a few adjustments. Shout out to Dan for doing such a great job. Bike was in the shop for two hours and the cost came in just under $260 all in (inc taxes). The ride home was sweet!
Amazing service for Specialized bikes. Took my new Turbo Tero X in for a slow tire leak, then had it fixed with a new tube & sealant. They even cleaned the entire bike for me!
Years ago, I rode a demo e-bike when this store was originally on Oak Bay Avenue. I was impressed by how quick and quiet an e-bike could be. This past June, my dream finally came true when I took ownership of a Specialized Turbo Como 4 IGH. Alex and Danny provided me with excellent, knowledgeable service and support. My Turbo Como often attracts attention = I always tell people about VIctoria Electric Bikes and their great staff!
