When I purchased a used Carbo folding ebike from out of town, I called upon Victoria Electric Bikes to provide a quick inspection and perform any service that was required. They accommodated me immediately, and checked the battery system, brakes, derailer, chain, and wheel assembly... while I waited!! And they did all this at NO CHARGE! Kudos to this great bike shop... I will absolutely direct my business there in the future!
We've dealt with Victoria Electric Bikes for the past 6 years, purchasing 6 Specialized bikes along with numerous tune-ups, tire repairs, and more. Charles and his staff have always been there for us with helpful advice and incredible understanding, all served up with a smile. 5 stars, no hesitation. Keep up the great work — thank you! Rick
