I came in for an introductory massage on my birthday and had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff showed me to the locker rooms and provided me with a locker, robe and slippers. The waiting area was calm and quiet. The entire place is spotlessly clean. Dayan did a full body 60m massage. She was very kind, made sure I was completely comfortable, and gave a wonderful massage. She was efficient ensuring the service was thorough without feeling rushed. I would love to come back to try their other services!

I’ve visited this spa several times and always had a great experience, until today when they wanted to charge a cancellation fee for me wanting to reschedule an appointment because I was sick. After leaving a review about it, the owner contacted me personally to discuss what ended up being a misunderstanding with a newer receptionist. This type of customer service is rare in today’s age, but is what helps keep business. I appreciate them understanding my perspective and taking the time to rectify the situation
