Highly recommend, I’ve been there many times, they never fail me! Sharifa is professional and nice to deal with.
I’ve visited this spa several times and always had a great experience, until today when they wanted to charge a cancellation fee for me wanting to reschedule an appointment because I was sick. After leaving a review about it, the owner contacted me personally to discuss what ended up being a misunderstanding with a newer receptionist. This type of customer service is rare in today’s age, but is what helps keep business. I appreciate them understanding my perspective and taking the time to rectify the situation
Dayan and Marisol gave me the best spa day experience ever!!! I highly recommend the VIP package. Body scrub, facial, skin tightness treatment, and manicure!!! I am totally relaxed!!!
