Poor customer service.
this is the second part of my experience at VICTORIA Dodge dealership ! have completely lost confidence in the Dodge dealership in Victoria, TX. My truck was brought in multiple times, seen by more than one technician, and I paid thousands of dollars, yet I was repeatedly sent away with the check engine light still on. The vehicle eventually failed and had to be towed in. Only then did the dealership acknowledge an electrical failure involving the TIPM and repair it using a Mopar repair kit for a known issue.
