I found the reception area to be quite unprofessional. Staff were speaking to each other in a language that most patients could not understand in the public reception area. While I respect that people speak different languages, I don't believe it's appropriate in a customer-facing environment, as it can make patients feel excluded and is not conducive to a professional atmosphere. I hope this feedback is taken on board to help improve the patient experience.
I had a wonderful experience with Amar with her efforts and Diana sonographer during my ultrasound appointment. They were both professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and treated me with genuine care and respect.
