Don't know about the other reviewer, but I went through other realtors, until I found Victoria. She took me on multiple viewings, till she found one that met my requirements & handled all sorts of hurdles. It wasn't her listing, so she had to split commission. Yet she went beyond requirements. She was a top seller on Zillow (how I found her), and having bought/sold in VA, NY, NH, WA, I can honestly she was the best realtor I ever utilized. Doesn't care about real issues with a house;. As long as it looks pretty! She renegs on oral contracts and is very unprofessional. Not an honest real estate agent!
