The dental receptionist was very rude. She treated me like I was an inconvenience to her. I observed her being rude to others as well. She needs to realize if it wasn't for all the dental patients she wouldn't have a job. I ended up waiting over 2 hours to be seen. On the other hand, the dental assistant & dentist were very professional and had a very good bedside manner. They made up for the rude receptionist. That receptionist need to counseled or fired.
The reception was very nice,the dentist was very nice and explain what was going on with my tooth
The receptionist at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional...Made me stand at the front window for at least a good 20 minutes or more while she was on the phone..and my appointment was at 2;15 here it is and hour later and still hasn't called me to the back and i m the only one in the waiting room...
Subway in the Victoria Texas Mall is nasty af at the need of the night they put there food on the floor in the cooler that’s a food violation and they don’t charge out the dish soap and sanitizer only begin and end of the day they have only one place to wash your hands at that’s right behind the cashier and they don’t use it and the camera in the back don’t work and Ross the manager let Victoria smoke weed when she drop off the money at the bank for subway store #7666 Subway inside the Victoria Mall me and my kids don’t feel... read more
I took my daughter to the health department for immunizations, and was pleasantly surprised by how great of a visit we had. The facility was very clean and the ladies at the desk were extremely helpful and kind. The nurse who administered my daughters shots was amazing. It was the first time my daughter didn't cry (4 year old). Keep up the good work!
