Don't see Thompson, rude and couldn't care less about you....a burnout!
I got 3-4 appointments in before I was ultimately ghosted by this clinic. Sarah was a decent woman to talk to, but ultimately must have not cared about me or my wellbeing, as no calls were ever returned, appointments were canceled, and the system was always "conveniently" down whenever I tried to make a new appointment.
Staff don’t return calls. I left several messages two weeks ago regarding a question about their services and no one has returned my call. Unfortunately, my experience with this agency wasn’t positive.
