This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at any salon. To begin with the place was empty when I walked in there was only one lady on the chair getting her hair done which that should’ve been the first red flag for me to go. The girl who I spoke to wasn’t friendly at all she was giving very lazy vibes, 2nd red flag. Just left here. Bad reviews very well deserved. Discussed price with picture and all requests by texts. After hair completed, wanted to charge $50 more and threatened to cut out some of the hair. Never ever again!! Too many options for horrible customer service and basic braiding. Positive: braider very nice. Management: horrible!!!!

First big shout out to my braider Mouna! I’m a night shifter so literally got off work quickly went home to detangle and wash my hair then went straight to the shop with that being said I was nodding off the entire time and Mouna was very patient and nice with me. Booked for 7am Friday morning was in the chair 7:15, Mouna looked at my reference photo and went straight to work to give me what I wanted! This was my first time going to the shop. I was recommended by a family member. I took a chance after going to multiple places. I am so happy that I made this decision. The shop was clean, the ladies was very respectful and polite. I got medium box braids that was done by Cherfia, she was very polite, friendly and gentle while doing my hair. She did an amazing job.
