This location Does Not Answer Their Phone!! What is it with anything low income or for people with limited income in Hampton or Newport News, that the service is very poor! Most people in this area are under served and does not help for these agencies to be as bad as they are. From Housing assistance to health services....Terrible! And needs better qualified workers with compassion for serving the community.

Very nice people and helpful
Could not even get an appt. most unprofessional staff in Hampton Roads, Phone rung for almost twenty minutes, they picked it up and never answered, and set the phone down. I could hear the inside of the office. I waited for about 10 minutes and they hung up. This is a direct indicator of what the service will be like. There needs to be a space for a negative Star because they dont even deserve one star.
