Dr Billero is incredibly organized, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and impressive. I don't think I've ever gone to a doctor's appointment and waited such a short time to be seen. Within 5 minutes of checking in, I was called in to the room and seen by Dr Billero. Then, she addressed all of my concerns, wrote very detailed notes in my Tufts portal, sent a thank you email, and called in a prescription.
