So far experience has been poor. The buyer interested in our house has kept us updated, and been great in terms of things. On the day of closing, they did not show up and forwarded the calls constantly. We are out in terms of hiring people to move 3 houses, displacing 4 families (grandma, stepdad/mom, disabled brother, even my daughter and I). 2 mobile homes had to be sold due to her not wanting them which left my daughter and I, along with my brother with no place to go.
