Victoria Apartments has been our home for 4 and a half years. Brenda, has always been very helpful and maintains the property well. I would definitely recommend this place to future renters.
Brenda from York property management is so upfront, honest and really goes that extra mile for her clients. Your hard work is truly appreciated! She really adds to a safe and comfortable environment for her tenants.
It's been a month and a half since we moved in, and we've had a great experience so far. Brenda, the residence manager, deserves plenty of praise. She's prompt with her responses and always available when you need assistance. The property is well-maintained overall. Manny from maintenance also gets a shout-out. Great guy and does neat work!
We’ve really enjoyed living at 54 Genevive Crescent. Our unit is spacious, and we feel lucky to have it facing the park and playground, large windows with lots of natural lights coimng in, and a huge patio that adds to the charm. The apartment is well-maintained, and any issues are resolved quickly—like when we had a problem with the toilet not flushing, which was fixed/replaced right away. I looked at an apartment in 44, the building was clean and quiet. The park across the street is a nice touch to this building. I met with Brenda who was so helpful and knowledgeable about the building and she seemed to really care about the tenants. She took a lot of time to explain everything and answered all of my questions. She was very easy to deal with and returned my calls quickly.
