We’ve really enjoyed living at 54 Genevive Crescent. Our unit is spacious, and we feel lucky to have it facing the park and playground, large windows with lots of natural lights coimng in, and a huge patio that adds to the charm. The apartment is well-maintained, and any issues are resolved quickly—like when we had a problem with the toilet not flushing, which was fixed/replaced right away. I looked at an apartment in 44, the building was clean and quiet. The park across the street is a nice touch to this building. I met with Brenda who was so helpful and knowledgeable about the building and she seemed to really care about the tenants. She took a lot of time to explain everything and answered all of my questions. She was very easy to deal with and returned my calls quickly. I’ve lived in a building owned by York Property for over 10 years, and I will start off by saying the experiences I’ve had over those years have been largely impacted by the staff the company chooses to hire to oversee their operations. If I was writing this review two or more years ago, it would be a one star. However, since then there seems to have been some changes in staffing and increased consistency among management.
