Worst experience ever. Unfriendly staff and abusive surprise billing. My annual visit lasted 5 minutes of me asking a handle of prepared questions with none directed back at me to learn or probe for things to be aware of. Instead, this doctor proceeded to have a 30 minute conversation about her own experience as a professor. While some could argue interesting - it had nothing to do with me and I was ultimately charged for the “overtime” visit!
