Randy at Victori Medical was terrific. He provided us with medical stools at a reasonable price that fit our needs. Victori Medical also was willing to help me install extension cylinders for the chairs at their location in Vernon Hills.
When dealing with a company out of my city I am concerned with customer service. I recently bought Steris OR lights from JOSH YABLON of Victori. He sent a technician to NY to determine if my previous instillation would support the new lights. It would not. Josh found the proper lights and sent in a team for instillation. Kudos to them. The most professional group. Expert instillation. Thank you
worst customer service. I paid for the M11 sterilizer back in November that's over $7000 and still haven't received the product. product was backordered and no one reached out to me to explain the situation. they have been holding onto my money for about 3 months now. finally asked for a refund. the so called vice president named Josh will reply back to your email if you write more than 10 times in a row. otherwise... nothing.
