I’m very upset that my visit with the doctor was canceled when I arrived but lab work was done. I was told someone would contact me to reschedule my appointment with my doctor but they never did. I’m never allowed to visit with my doctor just a doctors assistant. I get the feeling they don’t really care about my well-being. I truly would have appreciated a phone call to reschedule my doctor visit and if it wasn’t for this survey, I would have forgotten to call and reschedule. Dr.Melgen and Lisa are wonderful, caring professionals. Love all the Nurses. The ones that give me my vitimin B 12 and take my blood are Awesome. Especially love the nurses in Chemo room. I wouldn't go anywhere else . Front desk and check out girls are wonderful also.
Dr Melgen is thorough and very knowledgeable. I need to see him each time and he knows me and my situation. I value his expertise
