Dr Toledano was very thorough and he took his time to listen to all of my concerns. I am so happy to be his patient. Staff was super friendly also!
Went in to see Dr. Toledano about an acidity problem. I was taking these expensive prescription pills that were not working. He recommended I switch to omeprazole which not only works great, but saves me a lot of money. Really appreciate the advice and the way they treated me like a real person. Means a lot!
People, look at the reviews and learn. There’s a reason this Dr gets few stars. First of all, good luck seeing the actual dr; usually you get to see the p.a. Secondly If you need any refills on your meds, they are going going to require you to come in, even if you’ve been seen in the last year. It’s all about money I’m this practice. The receptionist will even lie saying the pharmacist requires the visit. Which pharmacist tells the doctor what to do? Not the other way round. STAY AWAY!!

Dr. Toledano is knowledgeable, professional and thorough. His experience, education and background are top notch. He truly listens to his patients, which has not been my experience with other doctors. Dr. Toledano's willingness to get to the bottom of an issue and not just treat the symptoms is the reason why my husband and I have been patients of his for over 10 years.
The doctors and P.A.'s in the office also push referrals very heavily. This is proof of the moneymaking network they are involved in. Not only are their referral suggestions superfluous and unnecessary, they recommend doctors that are not in needed specialty, AND, the doctors are most often not in network for patient insurance coverage. The staff does not care one bit that they do not consider this in order to help their patients. Toledano offices need to be shut down via the government.
Dr Toledano is very compassionate and caring. He takes his time addressing all my concerns. Staff is always very kind and helpful.
I made an appointment for 3rd Avenue office.the 2 women at the desk do not greet me nor do they have a pen to sign in. Then they tell me I have no appointment, haven't been there since 2014, (what does that have to do with anything?). One office person said my appointment is at the other office. No it isn't, I don't even know where that is. She states they are to busy to take me. The clincher is i walked out and they allowed me to. This office is poorly run and not professional.
bad experience at this office of Dr Toledani. I went there with flu like symptoms. Cold and body aching real bad. They made me wait for 3 hours. I asked many times how long will be the wait and they told me soon for last 2 hours.I finally seen the dr and he quickly exam me and discussed about my issue. he wrote me 5 different prescriptions and half of them were not mentioned by the dr. nurse handed those without explanation so I asked what they were. She was so annoyed and not helpful at all.
