We used to always go here on our trips. But this experience was very bad. My jumbo prawns I ordered so small. It was very disappointing. They were unusually busy that night. But we sat for a full hour before any food came. The table was wet, and all of my napkins were drenched, so I asked for new ones which they sat right in the same puddle of water. Absolutely the worse service I have ever seen. I can't really rate the food because we did not get a chance to order. Regardless of the foods taste, it would have been overshadowed by the worst service I have seen in my 60 years. I kinda wished we would have stayed so I could have reflected the experience in the tip we would have left. My wife typically leaves a tip thats larger than the total cost of the food ordered. Waited for 53 minutes and never even saw a waitress. They were only moderately busy so there was no reason for such a long wait. No one said a single word to us the entire time we were there. Pitiful…
Steaks were overcooked. Understaffed and everything overpriced. The problem here is the same problem everywhere. No one wants to work and the ones who do are overworked and under experienced. It is clear that with this generation of young employees. We are losing service based jobs.
