I have spent a lot of time in the sign business. Currently i work in marketing and my company needed someone to diagnose a giant LED board that's approx 100' to the top. I called several, after getting the runaround with yesco who made promises that they didn't keep, and found victor. The response time and communications from them were impeccable.
