This is an updated review. Initially I was not called back only because there was an incorrect phone number listed. The company took the time to contact me by e-mail and they were able to promptly respond to my inquiry. Today my system was installed and the gentlemen who came to my home were polite, efficient and thorough.
As usual, Victor Security has delivered to me prompt, friendly and reasonably priced service. I’m a long term customer of this family owned and operated business and am, once again, very happy with the results of my latest request for their assistance.
Top notch, local home security team. Couldn’t be happier with my install. They were quick and clean. They took the time to walk me through the app, talk to me about all of the bells and whistles, and made sure I was comfortable with all of it before they left. I emailed this company to see if they can provide me the service I needed and just block me. No response or anything. Shame. I Know now to let others as my real estate team not work with this company.
