Víctor has been great! We just moved into a preowned house. They were honest enough to keep the main components of the old system and just set up the new service using what we already had instead of replacing everything. Bill installed what was necessary and made sure we knew how to work the alarm before he left. Robin and Eric were an absolute pleasure to work with. They answered all our questions and made us feel like family, not just customers. Thanks Victor for making us feel safer!!

Victor Security is fantastic! After 27 years with my current BIG National alarm company, I was sent a 30-day cancelation notice unless I agreed to spend thousands to purchase a new alarm controller and pay $110/month for monitoring so they could change the phone number to their new call center!
