The doctor was cheerful and listened to my recent history and where my pain is. He then palpated the area, asking what hurt or didn't. He prescribed a device to help me walk with less pain and told me this condition shouldn't be chronic.
Dr Ratajczak's exam on my foot was spot on. He knew right away that I had a Metatarsal fracture and provided the best care.
Dr. Ratajczak was professional and always has a gentle manner in working with others. After reviewing my x-rays, assessing my issue and speaking with me about my concerns, he gave me realistic, excellent advice. I left the visit having confirmation of the concern along with information I needed to treat the condition. I also know I can make future appointments if required.
