Dr. Pacheco and his staff are always helpful and professional. Excellent with kids. Can’t say enough good about their office.
I took my 13 yo daughter here for some extractions, and the dental assistant was very condescending and didn't take her pain seriously. While my daughter was crying and very anxious about the procedure, she was going on about how "you need to brush more" and asked if she'd rather brush or do this again while she was very clearly upset and scared.
