Dr Victor Marinescu is not only an absolutely BRILLIANT Doctor but he is a man with a beautiful heart, shows genuine concern, and truly cares! Unlike most doctors that treat you like you are just a “file”, He treats you as if you were his family! This is incredibly rare!!! He is an absolute blessing and gift from God… I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about him!!!
