From the time you come in the door you are treated like a HUMAN BEING! My fiancee sees Dr. Ortega and we love how he is with his patients and their family. He truly cares. Spends the necessary time with you to look at the data, you as a whole, and come to a consensus on your health and what needs to happen and move forward in care. HES BLUNT and doesn't beat around the bush. I would not sent. Id send any of my loved ones to him. Thank you Dr. Ortega and all the people in his office.
Waited for 2 1/2 hours to see him. Was told this was normal. Don’t have time for that level of patient disrespect. Left without seeing him.
