While Dr. Nippert has great bedside manner and is a very nice person, he is certainly one of those doctors who likes to milk your insurance company for all its worth, i.e., tests, labwork, orthodics, etc. Once he knows youre covered, the diagnosis goes from "Heres a script for anti-inflammitories" to "why dont we take a mold of your foot for orthodics" which, when all is said and done, turned into a \$250 out of pocket cost for my "free" orthodics!
