My daughter brought my 3-year-old granddaughter in for a visibly swollen, discolored leg that was larger and firmer than the other. Instead of investigating or showing any sense of urgency, this doctor glanced at it and said, “Well, it’s not that swollen today, so just keep an eye on it.” That was his entire assessment. There's another review about this doctor being unapproachable and not friendly and I absolutely agree. Sometimes when people are rough around the edges, professionals tend to speak down to them or be patronizing... Even if that may be, we are not rude, we speak eloquently and patiently wait for common courtesy and respect. Didn't happen here. Dr. Lopez came across as highly critical and judgemental when clearly we made appointments seeking guidance and help. His bedside manner definitely needs help and a workshop. Will NEVER... read more
We are always happy to see Dr Lopez. He has been seeing my kids since they were newborns. He is very attentive and always knows what my children have when they don’t feel well. He has been our pediatrician for about 11 years.
This Dr was not approachable or friendly, especially dealing with my 2 year old son. Very unhappy with my visit and the staff; from the receptionist to the medical assistant to the Dr. I will definitely be switching my son to the care of another Pediatric office. The staff would benefit from a customer service or people skills course!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE OR WITH Dr. Lopez!!!!!
