I didn’t even get to the appointment process because the person on the phone was rude and unprofessional, and not trying to cooperate with me, the patient in question was my wife and she has major social anxiety, she didn’t want to get on the phone especially when she sounded so rude, all in all if you want the most care and attention I wouldn’t spend it here, if I didn’t make it through a call I can only imagine the staff

I had been a patient of Dr. Linden for a few years. At times I would run late, but my medical and other issues have had me in chaos and depression for years. It’s been up and down never had me neutralized i had an appt was running late, called to inform them. The receptionist informed me it was okay as long as I got there within the grace time allowance.
